If the customer does not understand the pricing, they must ask for clarification before the work begins. Our technician provides the full pricing, and if a payment is made, everything is done with full consent.

6. Section: Company Payments and Referral Responsibility
A. Referral Fee:
1. The company operates as a referral business, directing customers to locksmith services.
2. The payment was made to the technician and not to the company; therefore, the invoice request should come from the technician and not from the company, as it involves the technician’s ABN and not the company’s. If the technician lists the company’s ABN or email address, it is a mistake by the technician.
B. Handling Issues and Problems:
1.In cases of issues or problems with the provided service, the customer can contact the company to receive details of the service provider. Customers should contact the service provider for any warranty or issue arising out of the service. The company does not provide security equipment installation service. If the customer is not satisfied with the response from the service provider, the customer can contact the company with details and we will endeavour to assist.
2. The company will refer the customer back to the original service provider (the locksmith) for further assistance.
C. Company Responsibility:
1. The company ensures that all service providers are licensed. While the company is not responsible for the quality of the service provided, it will make an effort to assist consumers if the service provider’s response is unsatisfactory.”
